15.01.2022 To our valued customers WOW, what a day!! We have been so busy that we ran out of pizza dough and as a result been unfortunately turning away our fantastic customers.. we have now closed early for the night!!! ... Sorry for any inconvenience caused, but like many we weren't expecting this type of shut down and subsequent rush on takeaway food. We will now remain CLOSED until otherwise advised by state authorities We will miss making and serving our delicious pizzas to you all but we will back once we are allowed/ it is safe to do so. What is of most importance is the health and safety of your families and the community, so please take the utmost care and look after each other. Much love and see you on the other side!! 02.01.2022 To all our valued customers At Bella Pizza we want to ensure that we protect our team & our customers whilst ensuring we maintain our quality and service. Firstly, we would like to advise of the following:... Our business hours have not changed. Until we are advised otherwise we will continue to trade as per normal trading hours. We are taking extra precautions to help protect our team, our customers and our community. This includes regular cleaning and santising of bench surfaces, fridge/freezer doors and of EFTPOS terminals; and our staff santising/washing their hands after each cash transaction. Secondly, we have decided to implement the following: - Pick Up orders to your vehicle. Orders will be taken and paid for in store. A member of staff will ask for a description of your car (make, colour and plate number) and once the order has been completed we will deliver the order to your vehicle. We do prefer that eftpos orders are paid using the "Tap and Pay" facility. - Contact free delivery (if requested) for all our Pizza Delivery Drivers. For orders made through Menulog this involves leaving the order at the door, knocking on the door and the moving away to confirm collection. For telephone orders, this involves leaving the order at the front door, we will knock on the door and request you use the "Tap and Pay" Eftpos facility. Once paid, we will move away from the door and confirm collection. To assist us, we do ask that a small table or chair is placed next to the door so we do not need to place the food on the floor. -Our staff will wash/sanitise their hands after each purchase interaction. Lastly, we do ask our customers to be patient during this difficult period as we may find that many more customers are requesting delivery orders. Stay safe and look after your family and each other.
