25.01.2022 We have had a great sale of our hire items so far. Marques and tables off the One day Estate, Oakdene, The Mex, Merne, Peppered Goat and more! We have loved meeting new friends! We have a few marques left and some crockery plates and glasses if anyone wants to pop in for a visit the rest of this week! Thanks Bellarine!

22.01.2022 A beautiful phone call from a client... A 65 person canape event. He rang to tell us that the quantity of the food was amazing but even more so was the QUALITY of the food as well as the professionalism of the staff and chefs. Everyone at the party wanted to know who the caterer was! We hand pick amazing staff that cook on site, and we NEVER run out of food. This particular event they had dessert for breakfast because they were so full from risotto and thai green curry noodle boxes!

11.01.2022 Happy wedding day Bec and Ale. It was a stunning set up at Bellbrae Estate. We served the guests an amazing platter for drinks after the ceremony and then cooked a beautiful BBQ with some gourmet salads for main. Congratulations, it was a beautiful night!

10.01.2022 A lovely email from a happy customer "A note to thank you for your services on Saturday. The food was lovely and the delivery warm & pleasant. Several people commented & requested to know who the caterer was."... We set up a canape service for an intimate birthday party for a late lunch. We worked out of a shed in Wallington and guests had their canapes cooked within 2 minutes of eating them. Fresh, fast and tasty!

09.01.2022 What happened in our kitchen HQ recently? We made all of the things for Belly Bowls. Then we made the most amazing meatballs with a smokey BBQ sauce for a birthday party coming up. Chef Aaron did well. ... Then we decided to make an amazing peanut butter nut and chocolate slice. By accident. We painted our workshop floor for some more exciting things to come. We held a super fun beeswax wrap class as Belly Bowls HQ kitchen. We are also menu writing at the moment and this just made the cut...

06.01.2022 We have been working hard on The Blues Train menu for over a year now! Slowly and consciously adapting it for the 200 party goers every saturday night! It is now a tasty, filling, made with love menu from fresh ingredients. We sourced some amazing award winning Cape Byron Angus Beef that we slow cook in a Blues inspired sauce. We also have a beautiful baked creamy mustard chicken with oven baked potato. Pair that with some super fresh and tasty salads like our gourmet roast pumpkin and chickpea salad topped with bacon and feta and you just can not go wrong. YUM! Then grab yourself some beautiful Jack Rabbit Vineyard wine from the bar and jump on the best train on the Bellarine listening to 4 different Blues artists and dancing the night away. #thebluestrain #bluestrain #theshedcateringandevents #feedthecrowd

So look for a new name, menu and purpose as we go through winter and burst out the other side with already 12 weddings 3 school camps, 4 presentation nights, birthdays galore and The Blues Train SEASON 25 booked for season 2019! ... The "not the shed" will be the old/new place to talk about...
