24.01.2022 FOOD BANK REMINDER!!! Hi community! Just a quick reminder, food bank will re-commence tomorrow Weds 23rd Sept between 9-12pm. Our friendly staff and Volunteers are looking forward to seeing you again :) It's also our take away Soup & Toastie day in partnership with Mackillop Family Services!! We'll be handing out take away soup & toast for you to heat up at home and enjoy a hearty gourmet meal!! Donations for Feed Geelong will be gladly recieved on WEDS too, as we support those in our community who are doing it tough. looking forward to seeing you tomorrow!! 21.01.2022 FOOD BANK UPDATE!!! We are thrilled to announce our food bank program will re-open next Weds 23rd Sept!! Pop in and see our friendly volunteers between 9-12pm :) And to Celebrate, we will have take away gourmet soup and toast proudly supplied by the amazing Mackillop Family Services students as part of thier VCAL program. We can't wait to see you all again!! We will also be accepting donations as part of our Feed Geelong Appeal :) See below for all details:

18.01.2022 Foodbank is open today from 9am-12pm We have lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, milk, muffins, pizza bases, crumpets, frozen corn, batteries and a pantry bag. Wear mask and maintain social distance. We hope to see you soon!



16.01.2022 The City of Greater Geelong is currently looking for its next Youth Council! If you’re aged 12 to 17, or know someone who is, and would like to make a difference in the community and represent your peers, you may like to nominate to be a Youth Council member in 2021. Twelve Youth Council members will be selected with three to represent each of the four Council wards. A Junior Mayor and Junior Deputy Mayor will then be elected by the successful candidates. As a Youth Council m...ember you will meet once a month and advise Council on important issues like services, health, environment and inclusion. Junior members are also actively involved in the annual Geelong Youth Awards and the Councillor Connect Mentoring program. Nominations are open until 15 November 2020 for young people in Greater Geelong aged 12 to 17.
