21.01.2022 A massive congratulations to Shannon Fiesley who completed her Beast Spartan Race! For those of you that don’t know a beast is 21km+ with over 30 obstacles to complete and to top it off there is a 30 burpee penalty for failed obstacles. One tough race. She finished in 4hrs 28min and 06sec which was 22nd in her age group! This is such a fantastic achievement! ...
