09.01.2022 Olá! Been asked what my top seller is, and I'm usually vague and give a top 3 or 5. However, got sent a 'year in review' email by Square, and I found out it was Rerrero Focher! Nice. So, in case you haven't had it before, this is the rundown. It's a choc hazelnut ice cream base, and starts with a milk choc sauce rippled tub, milk choc chips and roasted hazelnuts, and a splash of choc hazelnut sauce. Then a layer of ice cream, a bigass dollop of choc hazelnut ganache swirled... in, milk choc chips, hazelnuts, choc hazelnut sauce. Repeat, then a final topping of ice cream, sauces, hazelnuts, chips. LOTTA NUTS! As for the taste, it's like them little balls of delicious, only the flava profile is turned up to a gajillion. That's a lot. That'd be why it's the top seller, I guess. Now you know, and so do I!
