We have been receiving hay from Mark for 10 years and while unloading & stacking hay isn’t the most fun job we always looked forward to seeing Mark drive in. We are so terribly saddened by his passing and would encourage our friends to donate to this great cause in memory of Mark.

22.01.2022 Bellbird Park’s COVID-19 Response Plan. The health and well being of our clients and employees is paramount to us here at Bellbird Park and we would like to keep enjoying our equine friends and facilities throughout this time with minimal disruption. So as well as monitoring the situation closely and following the advice of the Australian Government Department of Health we have put a few measures in place ... *Firstly if you are experiencing any of the following, Fever ( temp of 37.5C or more ) Cough and/or sore throat Shortness of Breath Or have travelled in a area of COVID-19 active transmission within the last two weeks or have been in contact with another person diagnosed with COVID-19 Then please stay at home for the health and safety of others. *Please wash your hands for at least 20 seconds when you arrive and before you leave every time you come to the property, this extends to visitors/farriers/dentists and all other equine health professionals. You will find the toilet hand basin and kitchen sink have hand wash provided. *Try not to touch your face. *Please dip the hose nozzle in the bucket when you start and finish hosing your horse. *Please use spray pump provided to spray down all tie-ups, door handles, box door handles, washing machine, any area you may have come into contact with. *Social distancing (1.5m apart) where situations allow, I know this is hard to implement where horses and riders are concerned, but every little bit we can will help. *When washing Rugs/Saddlepads or towels please add Viraban to wash (please use as directed, it is located to the left of the machine up on the shelf.) I will every few days be doing a thorough disinfectant wash of whole tie-up/hosing bay and stable area and gate handles on all paddock gates. 02.01.2022 We are looking for a new member of staff to join the Bellbird team. The successful applicant will be required to work two days per week, 5 hours per day (3hrs morning, 2hrs afternoon) - jobs include bringing horses in and out of the stables, changing rugs when required, tacking up and washing down, making feeds, mucking out stables and paddocks and any other jobs that may be required in the daily running of our agistment facility. Primarily we are looking for someone who can do weekends but we are flexible with days for the right applicant. We specifically require someone who is reliable and trustworthy with excellent horse skills on the ground to deal with large Warmbloods and other competition horses.
