20.01.2022 Mainly music News! Mainly music is held on Wednesday mornings, downstairs at the church, from 9:30. Families with children aged 0-5 are welcome to join into a fun and interactive singing and dancing group (no skills needed!). Cost is $7 per family. Warning: it's noisy but loads of fun!

15.01.2022 Mainly Music Returns for 2019 with some IMPORTANT CHANGES!!! Hi everyone, welcome to the new year! Many of you know that I started a new job last year and concluded my time as the Youth and Children's Pastor at Bellbowrie Community Church, including as leader of mainly music. To cut a long story short, we have not found anyone else to lead mainly music this year, as yet, and Bellbowrie Community Church recognise the great blessing that the program adds to our community and ...have asked me if I could assist in keeping the program going for the time-being. My new role is part-time so I am able to help, and am keen to help, but I cannot do both Tuesday and Wednesday, ONLY Wednesday. So...... As of next Wednesday, 6th February, we will attempt to do two sessions on a Wednesday morning. The room has a dividing wall (which we have not previously used, so you may not have noticed) which will be pulled across to make two sections of roughly 2/3 and 1/3 in size. We will run the session in the front 2/3 and morning tea in the back 1/3. This means we will enter and exit the building differently to normal. PLEASE ENTER THROUGH THE RAMP THAT COMES OUT INTO THE CARPARK AND COMES INTO THE FRONT OF THE HALL VIA THE VERANDAH. You will check-in in the front section. PLEASE EXIT OUT OF THE WOODEN DOOR IN THE KITCHEN/MORNING-TEA AREA (rear 1/3) of the building. Session 1: starts at 9:15. Doors will open at 9:00. Each singing/dancing session is approximately 30 minutes, so morning tea will start at 9:45 with a short time of play. Session 2: starts at 10:30 and concludes at 11:00 with more food and fun straight after that. Please arrive to be ready for 10:30 (from 10:15 onwards). This is an experiment and timing/flow may need to be adjusted. Please bear with us! There may be parking issues so feel free to park on the grass and walk up the path through the trees, especially second session, or even use the upper carpark near the sails. Cost - at this stage, cost remains the same as last year at $5 per family. We do ask family day care visitors to pay $5 per family in their care. This cost has remained the same for 12 years and may have to be adjusted in the future. If you prefer not to have to handle money every week, we can pay for a term but, like a gym membership, we cannot reimburse for missed sessions. See you next week. Paul Vandersee
