23.01.2022 Recently completed 10x12 skillion roof build in the Perth Hills, custom engineered for bigger spans to allow extra vehicle access. Amazing, knowledgeable clients who had a really clear vision of their build, made going to work every day a pleasure! (also supplied us with best ever lunch from the Gidgegannup Bakery & Cafe which kept the boys happy!) Millimetre-perfect slab by @stellaconcrete_wa and shed by Western Sheds & Garages using COLORBOND steel in #colorbondmonument. 13.01.2022 Something different on this recent build - an 8 year old shed kit, sold to our clients as a shed with an open lean-to, and modified by us to create a fully enclosed shed. Due to the superseded colour, we filled in the extra materials with @colorbondsteel classic cream which looks fantastic as a contrast. 13.01.2022 Here is just a snippet of our projects this year. Thanks to all our clients past, present and upcoming for your support in 2020. It certainly has been a crazy, exhausting and busy year that we are glad to see the end of! The scope of our work this year, whether it be industrial, residential or agricultural, large and small, has been amazing. We’ve traveled from Mandurah to the hills, from Bullsbrook to the coast and across the state. We’ve enjoyed the diversity of diffe...rent projects and locations and meeting lots of new folks. In 2020 we had 22 large and small projects completed or underway for clients we’ve previously worked for (which is some sort of record) and very rewarding to know our work is appreciated - even 10 years later! Lastly, thanks especially to all those clients for recommending us to family, friends, neighbours and colleagues. Not only does our business support our own family, it also supports the families of our team, our associate trades and suppliers, so please accept this thankyou on behalf of everyone involved with Bell Construction & Design in 2020. A smooth process from local govt approval, initial site prep, material delivery through to onsite management and a quick turnaround from tiles to @colorbondsteel.
