09.01.2022 Made myself a face mask | cos I’m off to Sydney for some surgery on the weekend | was supposed to happen months ago but you know.... covid happened | like many chronic pain sufferers I’ve lived a lot of isolation over the years so this year has been interesting in that for some of it we were all in iso together | today I drove for the first time in 2 weeks & it felt amazing | earlier this year I couldn’t drive for 3 months | I cooked dinner tonight and actually enjoye...d it , not got through it till I could collapse back onto the couch | feeling well after being in debilitating pain is the greatest feeling of freedom ever | I know from looking at my Instagram posts you would not realise what my world had become ( it is possible to knit and make pom-poms lying down ) | so grateful this latest flareup is over & to be feeling better before the long flight this weekend and so so grateful for caring family & friends and a faith which makes life wonderful despite the restrictions | #lifeiswonderful #chronicpain #neuralgia #handmadefacemask See more
