21.01.2022 We are working on getting our market up & running again. We are waiting on instructions & legal requirements for running what is called an 'event'. There are ve...ry stringent guidelines that we HAVE to meet/follow. Covid-safe practices MUST be implemented or massive fines are applied or, even worse, if we went ahead & anything happened we would be devastated that we had put our wonderful community at risk/in a dangerous position. With the terrible outbreaks in Victoria & now NSW, our borders being opened & Moore Park Beach being a 'go to' winter holiday destination, we want to have ALL safety guidelines in place before we go ahead. The Tavern have very strict Covid cleaning & practices they must adhere to, but unfortunately these are different to holding an event. Our community has done beautifully at keeping each other safe & we want that to continue! AS SOON AS we hear anything, we will let you know! Keep safe & fingers crossed we see you all soon! See more

10.01.2022 We are very sad to say that the Busy Beach Markets will be POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. NO September Market as we had hoped! The restrictions & limitations ...make it near impossible to allow us to hold markets at this stage. It is not worth risking our community & the Tavern if something went wrong. Our biggest concern is what is happening in NSW & Victoria so we are trying to help in the prevention of that happening here. We will keep our fingers crossed for December, but will see what happens between now & then. We are truly sorry & hope we have your understanding & continued support! 05.01.2022 We are very excited for Wings & Wheels this Saturday from 9am at Maryborough Airport! With covid still a concern, we have very strict guidelines that we must legally comply with as a stall holder. This means that we ask you to please follow the rules as per our signage and request hand sanitisation upon entry into our stall. We will only allow 2 customers in our stall at one time. There will be no testers for beauty products, only candles. Should you wish to smell a tester or... product, please ask us for assistance and we will handle it for you. Should you purchase a product, we kindly ask you to make note of your name, number and address for any cases that may arise from the weekend. Our staff have successfully completed the COVID-19 Safety At Work course. This means we are able to provide a clean working environment. Infection control is everyone’s responsibility and if we all work together and do as we are asked, then we will be able to reduce the spread and get back to normal once and for all.
