22.01.2022 I'm excited to announce that I have a special VIP Group available for you to jump into..... this is a place where I will be offering weekly healings, intuitive readings, group meditations, oracle card readings, plus spiritual coaching and healing for those who are seeking more guidance! I have called it: Inner Harmony. A place for self empowerment.... No longer is it enough for people to "go to" a healer and get 1-2hr healing and then leave it. I feel the call of people rising up and taking responsibility for their lives...and learning how to co-create and manifest their vision for their life. 22.01.2022 One of the tools that has really been helping me each day is to rearrange the crystals I place on my altar tray. I don’t know if having a tray is a thing- but I picked this up at an antique store- so it’s a thing for me I meditate and do sun salutations each morning- it’s just my go-to for waking up. Some use coffee or a shower...this is my thing. Lately I’m being guided by my higher self Lulana Maya Choam to use certain crystals in colour schemes and shapes. ... I sit before this. I clear them each morning - Cos they sit in my clinic treatment room- and then I drop into my healing space. Having a space that I go to and sit in is very important. I never had that space when I was married with five kids in the house. There was no space. Ever. There was no privacy. There was always a comment. Snarky or otherwise. It always made me feel like recoiling. And humiliated. Now I get to beat my drum, chant, sing, move however I like without fear of ridicule Space happens when you make a decision that you need it. Same for space in meditation. It takes ages to drop out of the busy mind chatter and into the softness of the void of nothingness. It’s been a year long process for me. Showing up almost every day. Some days I just have a very long and frustrating ‘think’ session. You know the type of meditation where you just berate yourself for thinking so goddamned much!! Now that the worst is over, I’ve lost the fear and the fight and I’m able to drop in more and more. My message in sharing this is that at first the fear and the fight was externalised and was all about the marriage and the kids and no space. Then once the marriage and extra kids were gone it was only me I had to externalise against....and then the internal battle began. And then I declared a cease fire and came home to rest. Trust the process of the inward journey. Keep showing up. Even when it’s really hard. It truly is worth the time and space and effort you give yourself to come back to your heart centre.
