These next few days are going to be crazy so read all the information below so we can make it a smooth one ARRIVALS - Arrive early or at least on your scheduled appointment time, anymore than 5 minutes late and your appointment will be cancelled and you WILL be charged a cancellation fee. Please be sure to scan in using your SafeWA app, the QR code is on the front desk and in the treatment room. ... TRAVEL - Allow for peak hour traffic and the unexpected, also to find parking as you know the salon can have limited availability, if google maps says your destination is 30 mins away make it 45. PAYMENT - Cash and Card is accepted, if paying by cash please have the correct amount and if paying by card please be sure to have done your banking before we get to the front desk. REBOOKING - Unfortunately I will not have time to rebook your next appointment while attending your appointments for the next 2 weeks so please book using the online booking. Current availability is not until the 2nd of February. CANCELLATIONS - Remember 24hrs notice is required to cancel/reschedule all appointments, please give me enough time to try and fill that spot. 19.01.2022 NO SHOWS ARE NOT ON I have so many other babes who would gladly take your booking but when you just DONT turn up to your appointment I do not have time to fill it. Therefor I am sitting around wasting my time and I do not get paid for that! I am lucky that I truly love my job but it is also my income to support my family, the cash you hand over does not go to someone higher up, it literally puts food on my table and clothes on my children, so PLEASE be considerate and ...give me notice. I try my hardest to keep my prices affordable and allow you all to book without a deposit but it seems this will have to change to accommodate that my time is not wasted. POLICY: 24 hours notice needed for all CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES or a $25 fee will apply same goes for NO SHOWS and then a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any future bookings can be secured.
