23.01.2022 So I'm not the only crafty person in the family, my lovely sister fed my obsession with La Catrina and made me this lovely lady for Christmas!!! This has in turn inspired me to try more ways to make some more!! My version of Catrina it's an old Barbie type doll that I have painted and am going to make a dress for. This is progress so far, hair and out fit today if my sick little munchkin can get some sleep

21.01.2022 So I have this kid, well actually I have 3 but I'm taking about my middle guy (7) who is all sorts of special, most of which he can't help, but one of his quirky qualities that I absolutely love is his love for what he loves and his dilligaf attitude if no one else likes it. He needed a pencil case for school so I said I'd make him one he had a look at some if my fabrics chose some sugar skulls, heaps colourful but not really him. Anyway light bulb this morning I remembered some fabric I bought a bought months ago knowing he would love it but not knowing what to make with it. Pulled it out this morning and his reaction was priceless!! Finished it this arvo and I get a phwoar mum that's so awesome!! Hope he never changes
