16.01.2022 Hello friends, I know that Ive been quiet for a while, but Im back! This year has been crazy for many of us. I have been living in France where the COVID-19 situation hasn't been good. We arrived home in Australia last week, today is the half way point for our quarantine. I knew that it was going to be a challenge but its been difficult mentally. Today I am feeling positive. There are so many wonderful things in our future. We may be busy in the next few months but I think ...when the days are hard I just need to remember to find a positive. And I am looking forward to welcoming new clients to my practice in the new year, when I work out where that will be

02.01.2022 We only have 2 more nights before we will be released from hotel quarantine. Two weeks of enforced rest. Not always easy but we are nearly there now. Be kind to yourself today, and every day.
