19.01.2022 Tara has been in hospital over the Christmas Break and will be back at work next week as she is on the mend. Our Energiser Bunny ran low on batteries but is now okay. We wish her love and good health for the New Year.

18.01.2022 Happy New Year to all, it's 2013, don't the years just fly by. Our Nightlife system is now ready for shipping and should be here this week, then to get it installed and off and running. Good music will make such a difference to the ambience. Cocktails are ready to be up and runnig tonight. Have made Musk, Marshmellow and Redskin Vodka ready for tasting. Waiting on a new oven and deep fryer to be installed and then will be starting our new Bistro Menu. The Beer Garden looks great and has a relaxing feel. So all in all hoping for a great 2013.

17.01.2022 This week Cara is leaving us and heading off to a new position in The Blue Mountains. Thank you Cara for all your help and for being such an asset, we wish you well and will miss you. 10.01.2022 Someone sent an Angel to be our new Bistro Attendant, come on in and meet her and welcome her to the Bellevue. Thanks Cara for staying on and showing her around, enjoy your break before heading off to the mountains.

09.01.2022 Tara is back at work, smiling and happy, so good to have her back and well again. We are all looking forward to Easter and a day off. Alan is back at work also, welcome back, it is great to have someone who can fix everything! Angel is looking after everyone in the bistro and keeping them happy as only angels can. We also welcome Sam who is helping me in the kitchen, seems his main job is crumbing Chicken Schnitel, hence his nickname Chicken Man! It's so good to have a good team who all help each other out, how good is that. Will have some new events coming up and thinking about winter and if it's really going to be cold, have not had a real winter for about 4 years so am looking forward to rugging up.

All is going ahead really well so come on in.

02.01.2022 Yesterday Chef Judy left us to move on to greener pastures, i.e. the mines, cannot blame her as the conditions and money are so good. She did wonderful work here and will be missed. I know she was wondering if she did the right thing and if she will like it but you never know if you don't try. Thank you Judy for your hard work and best wishes for the new job .. just keep thinking of a kitchen where everything works!! HEAVEN.
