20.01.2022 The Bellingen Youth Orchestra is very excited to announce that they will be hosting 'Fighting Fires With Music' on the 1st of February. A fundraising event to r...aise funds that will be donated to the Australian Red Cross to assist in bushfire relief, specifically the rebuilding of houses. Our players expressed that they wanted an opportunity to give back to those communities affected by recent and ongoing fires. Please note our main BYO ensemble are not performing due to space restrictions. We do however have renowned concert pianist David Helfgott and the BYO's very own Sinfonia playing. As well as local talented singers Rosie and Duke, a range of BYO strings and Jazz ensembles and a little bit of the dramatic thrown in, we are all sure to be in for a treat. Alongside the event, we are also coordinating an online auction, where thanks to the generosity of local business and individuals we will have a large range of products to auction. This online auction will go live on the 26th Jan. Pencil in the 1st Feb NOW, stay tuned for eventbrite details. Tickets; Under 12's $10 General admission $20 Treats will also be available at intermission. 19.01.2022 Dear Bellingen, due to COVID restrictions we are moving to the Beautiful Bellingen Memorial Hall for my shows in a few weeks (Nov 12/13). I can't help being a l...ittle excited, but unfortunately both shows must now be on Friday (Nov 12) as opposed to Thursday/Friday as there is line dancing on Thursday Sorry to all Thursday ticket buyers and refunds are available but I'm really hoping you can still make the Friday shows.
