14.01.2022 New Term: Pilates Mat classes start Monday 23 July for 10 weeks. Classes are $160 for the term or $20 casual. Join in either 9.30am or 6pm at Uniting Church Bellingen for a fun but challenging mind body connection. Learn about your body and how to use your core strength to improve your overall posture and flexibility.
