18.01.2022 IN 2015 THE VISION OF 'GROWTH EDUCATIONAL TRUST' WAS BORN. If these children only get the chance to proceed in life with the tools they have now, they will never be more than they are, and hence the cycle continues. After volunteering in Uganda for 5 months, our friend Hamish Coltman, realised that there was a need for qualifed teachers along with a scholarship programme to help bridge the gap between Primary and Secondary education. ... His vision was to partner with lower socio-economic rural schools to help lift the academic level and see more children continue onto Secondary school and further. Hamish’s vision took effect in 2017 when he launched the ‘Growth Educational Trust’ the main vehicle to fundraise in order to help bring positive change to rural Ugandan families. We were thrilled to get behind his mission to give a leg up to children who deserve the right to an education as much as we do.
