21.01.2022 Upon opening our doors in 2010, we have been privileged to have many mill workers and their families come through our doors to work out, but we have been even more privileged to be apart of the amazing community that is Heyfield. The closure of the mill will affect this amazing community, from the workers, to their families, to all of our friends and to the towns small businesses like us, please get along tonight and show your support for our great town. This Wednesday night @ 7pm we will be holding an information night for all things challenge related, and you will get a sneak peak towards what the 30 days will have in store for you! Heres a little more information: -Example food diary of a "perfect week" according to what your needs are and what you want to achieve. -Extra sessions open to all challengers, challenge specific to be held both in Heyfield and Traralgon.. sometimes a change of environment... is as good as a holiday, this works in the gym too ;) -$100 registration which includes payment for the 5th of July, all booklets and information, discounted group Personal Training sessions, and also a reduced rate of $20 per week unlimited membership at Bells for classes and gym use, or $10 students + more to be revealed! 06.01.2022 Hey everyone, hope youve all had a good break over the Christmas/new years period and are all keen to get back into the gym and into those good fitness habits! The gym returns to its normal opening hours and classes tomorrow, starting with crossfit tomorrow night at 6:15pm. Joels away in Bali over the next couple of weeks so ill be running the crossfit classes (besides Kecks Tuesday night).
