03.01.2022 Our Old Sawtell" one bedroom flat built in the 1950's is quite quirky. The flat is retro with a little touch of new (electrical/WiFi/Netflix). Drive up to your door, keypad entry, separate lounge room (sofa bed), dining room, bedroom (Queen size bed), kitchenette & bathroom , with deep bath tub. NO disabled access. We live in a quiet street that's just five mins walk to Sawtell's main street.
