18.01.2022 Today we had some very cute visitors come to meet us. Tasha the Labrador puppy and Sparkles the Rag doll kitten came for cuddles! They will be coming to stay with us in July, so their mum thought she would bring them out for a meet and greet!

14.01.2022 Policy Update Our kennels and cattery are still in operation with some changes below. Due to the increase of the Coronavirus we will not be allowing entry to our office to limit face to face interaction. This is for the safety of our staff and clients. ... All bookings must be made over the phone and will require a $50 non refundable deposit (which comes off the total boarding bill). New clients, or clients who have not boarded with us this year will be required to fill out check in forms prior to arrival, and email them back to us with a copy of valid vaccinations and pet health certificates where required (senior dogs). All bookings are to be paid in full over the phone at any time prior to arrival. We endeavour to keep all customers as up to date as possible with the current crisis and want everyone to stay safe.

11.01.2022 I want to tell you a little story that happened today. This morning I received an email from a lady - lets call her Jane. Jane emailed to see if we had vacancies for her dog for a couple of nights as they had to flee their home in Narooma due to fires. I called Jane and booked her dog "Spot" in to Belltrees. Spot and Jane arrived this afternoon, I could tell Jane was a bit emotional and stressed (for good reason) I assured Jane, Spot would be safe here and she neednt worry.... Then Jane said " I completely forgot to ask how much" My reply - nothing. Its free boarding for fire evacuation pets. Jane burst into tears and so did I! I hugged her and said its one less thing to worry about We do what we do for the love of the animals and our clients. Its as simple as that. 07.01.2022 After a wonderful 8 months with us, Sakari went home today. We had alot of mixed emotions as Sakari has become part of the family. We loved having her stay with us, but so glad she finally got to go home!

02.01.2022 Bruza is currently on the lookout for a home to call his own! This loveable boofhead is approx 2 yrs old. He will suit a home with older kids and no other dogs or an older more chilled dog. He is currently up for adoption through Dogue De Bordeaux Rescue.
