24.01.2022 Preparation prevents poor performance and todays must have is the most basic in preparation tools - Sandpaper. Sanding a surface back to remove any lumps or bumps before painting is usually one of the most important preparation items left out by many DIYers. Do yourself a favour and take 30 minutes and hit whatever youre painting with some elbow grease before you start. Youll be glad you did! Tip: The higher the grit, the finer the sandpaper. If youre trying to get throug...h heavy paint youll need a lower grit.
