25.01.2022 Excited to launch our annual Christmas Charity Raffle with proceeds to be split 50/50 between Give & Take and StreetMed (gift cards will be purchased for distribution). Thank you to Flowerama, Louise Rogers and the Tacey family for their kind donations. Tickets will be available for sale from tonight. In 2018 we raised $213, in 2019 we raised $400. Let's see what we can do this year :) (Due to the craziness of this year, I haven't approached businesses like I did last year for prizes as I know so many have done it tough).

23.01.2022 Beautiful night out tonight with the @streetmed_inc team. Tonight's meal consisted of pizza, salad, garlic bread, banana and Caramel Cheesecake. We are funded to provide 40 meals from @streetsmartaust but tonight we used some of our donations to provide another 10 and unfortunately were still 5 short. Great having a chat with some of the patrons who are loving their Thursday night meals

18.01.2022 Great to see the smiles on these kids faces who have won Belmonte vouchers for their participation at Blacktown Little Athletics. This club has been a huge part of my life having participated myself for 9 years in my younger life and mum being a life member and still heading down to volunteer on a Friday night. Such a great sport for kids. We look forward to seeing you at the restaurant soon

17.01.2022 Last night a young man came in and asked for Tanya. No questions asked except for the one "What would you like tonight, pizza, pasta or a chicken meal". He requested a BBQ chicken pizza and we also passed on a GB and drink. This is what your wonderful donations pay for. His name is Matt, he and his brother had just moved into a new place and things were tough. I offered to also give a pasta but he wouldn't accept. He was asking questions about my animal photography on the wall and we got chatting about birds which he loves to watch. Made sure he knew he was always welcome to pop in when he needed a hot meal. 17.01.2022 Who remembers the awesome Christmas raffle we ran last year to raise funds for Gift Cards for Give and Take. We raised $400. Well, it is that time of the year again for me to get organised. If any of our fabulous customers own a small business or work for a business that may be able to provide a suitable gift voucher or prize, send us a message or give us a call ... 06.01.2022 Last night mum was speaking to a friend who turns out has been living off coffee to make sure her son has enough to eat Mum asked her why she hadn't popped around to see me for a Pay It Forward meal. Her answer "there are people worse off then me". Please don't ever think that. If you can't afford a hot meal for yourself or family please reach out.
