25.01.2022 The PNG AFL boys got up in the last quarter to win the International Cup at the MCG on Saturday. A 3 point win over the Irish lads. Proud to be team physio and nice to run about the MCG again. Special moment singing the PNG national anthem prior to the game.

21.01.2022 Great to see our clients performing and achieving. A huge congratulations goes out to Ryan McGrane, who collected 1 Gold, 1 Silver and 2 Bronze medals in swimming at the recent Special Olympics. What a champion!

Competing in the AFL International Cup 2014, the lads just belted AFL New Zealand to advance to the Grand Final to be played on Saturday, prior to the Geelong vs Hawthorn game at the MCG. Look out for him. Go AFL PNG!

14.01.2022 Anyone keen on trying a workout with a difference, come along to the clinic tonight or next Mon or Thursday evening, 6:00-7:30. We have a great Speed Skating conditioning programme running. This is an awesome opportunity to develop fantastic core and leg strength, whilst learning a few new exercises. Only $10 for the 1.5 hrs, so excellent value. *Lycra speed suits optional.

My favourites are the old diggers, who often share their experiences. They deserve every ounce of our respect. 07.01.2022 In the lead up to the Worlds Toughest Mudder on the 15th November in Vegas, the challenge was put to Jason Lydom to come into the clinic for a 1:1 session. Jase is currently in final preparations for the event and took up the challenge with no questions. 30 minutes of heavy strength work, with little rest, made for a solid workout. It was great to do a session with him in his final prep stage and we all wish him well for his journey. #jaselydom #worldstoughestmudder
