23.01.2022 Meet our Novice Lady Julie. Julie started physie as a 5 year old and continued until she was 12. After a long break, she came back at 40 and this will be her 10th year back! What Julie loves most about physie is being able to share this fantastic dance sport with her gorgeous daughter. ... Physie has taught Julie to keep her shoulders back and smile, as well as resilience and team work. Julie’s 2019 highlight was competing again after 2 years off. The introduction of active wear changed everything! This year, Julie is looking forward to making new friends and spending time with the lovely ladies she has been with for years now! #bjpphysie

08.01.2022 Meet our 2nd Year Senior Sammie. Sammie has been doing physie since she was 5 years old. She loves the friendships she makes every year and the support she gets from her teachers. What physie has taught Sammie is that it’s not all about winning and the result doesn’t matter. Her 2019 physie highlights include placing 3rd at the North Ryde Interclub, 4th at Teams and also featuring in the centre front position for the first time in her physie career. ... This year, she is looking forward to learning the new syllabus, dancing with her friends and working towards achieving her goals.
