21.01.2022 David Templeman MLA has been a long time supporter of the wonderful work the Men's Group at our Mandurah Village do in making toys which are distributed to deserving children through a number of charities. He dropped by again recently to see some of the most recent creations that these selfless men have made. Beautiful work as always gentlemen!

Or resident Jim's family recently organised for a horse from the Rockingham 11th Light Brigade to visit him for his 88th birthday. What a special moment. Of course you can just enjoy just enjoy walking your dog on the beach with a group of friends from the village every Sunday too.

15.01.2022 Some of our Belswan Mandurah residents enjoyed a bus trip to the Bell Tower in Perth organised by the Social Committee, with special thanks to Sue for putting it all together. Beside the tour of the Bell Tower, the group also enjoyed exploring the play equipment at Elizabeth Quay, a visit to Kings Park for morning tea and a visit to the Chocolate Factory on the way home. Looks like a merry time had by all!

11.01.2022 There's always something to keep you entertained at Belswan. Our Mandurah Village has been its usual hive of activity with residents enjoying a free concert and afternoon tea with entertainment provided by the Janie's Boys Choir, as well as a good boogie at the most recent Pizza night.

10.01.2022 A fantastic effort from the social club at our Mandurah Village who organised a morning tea to raise funds for cancer research. Many residents attended and enjoyed a wonderful morning tea. Over 40 gifts were donated for a raffle and left over food was sold $1.00 a plate for extra funds - with $1519.00 raised on the day. Thank you to all involved for organising such a wonderful day and raising much needed funds for a great cause!

Gwen and her very best friend Rosie live in the village's garden cottages and attend many of the functions in the Village together. In the words of fellow resident Denise "A smile for everyone and never an unkind word. Our village is so much richer for these amazing residents. Bless them". 04.01.2022 Wishing everyone a safe and healthy start to 2021! It's certainly been a busy festive break at the Belswan villages. Thanks to our Mandurah residents for sharing these photos of some of the celebrations in the village. These included over 100 residents getting together for a Christmas feast, a cruise around Mandurah's canals to see the lights as well as a host of smaller gatherings including the Unique Club for single residents, the Craft groups joining forces for a joint morning tea and even an impromptu Christmas street party. A big thank you to all our wonderful residents who helped to organise these events and made a difficult year feel so much more connected for those celebrating apart from family.
