15.01.2022 Wine Tasting a la Belvedere since someone sabotaged our Horse Poo business. Tonight we are drinking a range of French Bordeaux’s. We are now having the 2016 Mouton Cadet. G: /5. Attractive at first, but a bit too young. Needs a few more years to know how to fully satisfy. Realise that maturity delivers utopia. N: At first sip it was a /5. However, as G opened a 2010 Baron de Pichon, and gave it a raving review, it mentally dropped instantly to a 2. The grass is always greener... S: Easily pleased. /5. Made my husband look more attractive.

08.01.2022 What a big day! Started at 4.30 am. But it was worth it. Stef and Flipper came 1st in the Novice 2B and Jack came 2nd in the 2C. Now we are finally having wine!
