23.01.2022 A few days ago I posted an article on sleeping. One of the important processes that happen in our sleep is our brains natural 'clean up'. Many times I have heard people say 'if only I could just delete the memory of...' and they thought it was an impossible or hard task. But what if it was easier than we think? Well it is! Our neural pathways are strengthened the more we think about things so the way to allow the brains natural 'clean up' process to take the memory away is t...o not think about that particular memory and put energy in thinking about other things instead. Of course trying not to think about a particular memory is hard in itself but if we let those thoughts just come and go like a leaf in the wind and think consciously about the thing we love, enjoy or value, then the brains garbage truck can take the other ones away. http://www.msn.com//your-brain-has-a-delete-bu/ar-BBDneZP
