20.01.2022 The Benalla RSL Sub-Branch and the ANZAC Day Committee encourage the community to show publicly its customary reverence for our fallen servicemen & women from all wars and conflicts, this coming ANZAC Day, in the following way: At 5:55am on ANZAC Day we propose everyone assemble at the end of your driveway or on your nature strip outside your homes with a lit candle and listen to the National Dawn Service from Canberra, broadcasted by ABC National. Please continue to observ...e social distancing regulation and observe the customary minute silence with your hand on your heart. A modified service will be conducted again at midday, for everyone, especially anyone that was unable to attend the Dawn Service.
