15.01.2022 Into the Wild Yoga Retreat is coming!!! 6th - 8th December 2019 Tickets will become available within the next two weeks. Classes and Workshops include: Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Neti, Juicing and various styles of meditation. Yoga Teachers: Mark Blyss and Tina Blyss Akers... As this is more intimate size retreat to its big brother 'Yoga Camp', places will be limited. Sorry, this is an adult only event. ABOUT THE PROPERTY: Shambhola is a wilderness property located in the Victorian High Country. A natural bush setting, off the grid and where the water comes fresh from the mountain. Fresh air and scenic mountain views. Realign with the natural spontaneous, effortless essence of life. Unwind and escape the pressures of the fast modern society. Yoga and other holistic workshops offered to harmonize mind, body and spirit. The property is owned and run by Mark Blyss. His journey into the wilderness on this picturesque property began with a tent and his dog over twenty years ago. Mark lives off the grid, using solar power for electricity and has created a home using raw materials such as stone, mud and tin. The simplicity of this lifestyle, far from mobile phone and internet connection allows for a deeper connection to nature and the natural order of all things. The goats, chooks, ducks pigs and dog are well looked after and roam freely throughout the property. Mark is living his dream of a balanced life through self sufficiency and yoga. He invites others to share in this experience in his weekly yoga classes that are held in Benalla and Mansfield and the annual yoga festival, Yoga Camp.
