25.01.2022 Alstroemeria Tamara is a wonderful plant to liven up garden beds, or to use as a cut flower as it has an exceptionally long vase life. Alstroemeria Tamara produces masses of dark violet purple lily like blooms. This series of Alstroemeria feature compact plants, with excellent branching that will produce a greater array of blooms. In the ground it is an attractive perennial, blooming for several months They can also make a striking mixed border. Fantastic in pots, or grow in a well drained soil in sheltered position. Alstroemeria Tamara prefers cool, moist and deep sandy loams with exposure to full to partial sun.

15.01.2022 A grand Western Australian native, Eucalyptus rudis! Known as the Flooded Gum it grows 20 metres high and 4 metres wide. Foliage is dull grey to blue green, shaped like an elongated egg when young and changing to linear shape when mature. White flowers appear during Summer and Autumn, attracting birds and bees to the nectar.

15.01.2022 Get to know the Japanese Sago Palm! Cycad Revoluta is a definite feature and a tropical vibe to any garden or landscape. Cycad revoluta is widely used as an exotic feature tree in both gardens and pots or containers. It is a slow growing plant has a low thick trunk that supports a crown of feather-like dark green leaves that wrap around the circumference of the trunk.

07.01.2022 Magnolias are one of the most spectacular flowering shrub or trees due to its stunning flower displays. Ideal for screening or hedging as it can be pruned to shape. It can also be placed in large pots or containers. This particular variety, Magnolia Little Gem, is a dwarf form with dark green glossy leaves and brown velvety undersides. Little Gem produces full-sized creamy-white, fragrant flowers that contrast against the dark foliage. Care tip: Plant Magnolia Little Gem in an area of full sun to part shade, with well-drained soil. Once established, Magnolia Little Gem is a hardy and versatile plant that will tolerate a range of conditions and is relatively disease and pest free.

07.01.2022 Eucalyptus 'Vintage Red' is a truly stunning and eye-catching feature tree. The beautiful foliage is deep red and in maturity turns purple through to grey tones. The amazing foliage is supported on red stems which are almost black. As they age they will peel to reveal smooth grey bark. Perfect as a specimen tree in native, cottage or formal gardens and an added feature to any landscape. Care tip: Vintage Red will respond very well to pruning and produces denser foliage and can be kept as a shrub if preferred

Alocasia’s lush tropical leaves easily capture the room with their various coloured, patterned or interestingly shaped varieties. Even though they can grow to be a sizeable evergreen plant, Alocasias can still look airy and elegant thanks to tall, smooth stems that grow out of a tuber. 01.01.2022 A beautiful statement plant that will add a tropical desert feel to any garden or landscape. Aloe Super Red has masses of red flowers with a flower season that lasts from late summer to winter and it can produce its first flower at a very young age. The grey-green plant starts growing a stem from an early age and the rosette divides when the plant is closer to maturity allowing an even greater flower display. Care Tip: This plant prefers to be positioned in areas of full to semi sun, with well drained soils.
