25.01.2022 After starting a business, training myself, training clients, being dad to an amazing, energetic 5 year old and leading a busy active lifestyle. I am always expecting high quality output from my body without giving back to it and today it showed. Getting put in situations that are outside my comfort zones but given the tools and techniques to think clearer, control your breathing and perform at your peak through those stressful situations. Those tools and techniques can then be transferred into day to day living.
