10.01.2022 Fitness Australia has announced that a) Exercise is still safe b) the great outdoors is still safe with social distancing in place and c) people are encouraged to train with their trainers outside. As a Personal Trainer, registered with Fitness Australia, I hold the scope of practice to deliver outdoor training safely as I adhere to the Outdoor Training Guidelines, which have been updated to include COVID-19 restrictions. So, if your gym is closed, dm me to set up personal training.

07.01.2022 Today I had the opportunity to instruct a trial Reformer Pilates class at Spiritual Athletica. 3 cover classes to start me off is the result - YAY!!! So happy!!!
