24.01.2022 ALERT: As you know the Glen Hotel is right next to our practice and therefore frequented by many of our close contacts. This is a little reminder to us all that unfortunately Covid-19 still exists :( Please help our family and yours stay well by opting for telehealth if you are aware of any contact with this flight or the hotel and of course if you experience any symptoms at all. We will do the same for you . Let's all take care of each other and make sure we get to christmas healthy this year!

19.01.2022 Congratulations to Dr Rebecca Frost who recently published in a new encyclopaedia. She's quite certain that nobody will ever read it but it is a bit cool nonetheless

12.01.2022 Self Care September I have always loved music as a listener, but didnt start playing until my late teens / early twenties. There is something so satisfying about picking up a new song, or an old song and fumbling through slowly improving until it sounds musical. It certainly doesn't happene everytime, but there is something very special about playing the bass when you can feel that you are playing snugly in the melody and that your notes are the undercurrent of an entire son...g. 12.01.2022 Happy International Women's Day! We are so lucky to work with an incredible group of women who share their strength, intelligence, care and nurturance with their clients and colleagues every day. Unfortunately this day occurs in an Australia where women are currently worse off now than they were 12 months ago and so we want to acknowledge the battles that many are facing, whether it be unemployment, pay inequality, unsafe workplaces, domestic violence, or the imbalance in... domestic duties - https://www.theguardian.com//women-more-likely-to-lose-job There is still a long, long way to go but thanks to the resilient efforts of many generations of women, and the allies that call inequality out when they see it, we can hope for better tomorrows.

12.01.2022 Rebecca had a bit of fun filming with a green screen for Griffith Uni today. It’s always nice to be pushed out of your comfort zone to try something new

Amazing results across the whole group, and we are inspired by the next question on everyone’s minds...How do we keep improving and doing even better for our clients?. Oh and there was cake
