17.01.2022 DOCO SCREENING Saturday 19th A few weeks ago a member from the Extinction Rebellion visited the bar. A passionate soul; he was keen to spread the word of the movement and provoke Action for climate change. We screened the documentary Trouble Maker a week or two later; which tells the story of the beginnings of XR and what the group are trying to do. ... Next Saturday the 19th people from all over Australia will head to Sydney for the Festival of Love and Rage, a day which we will demand action and change now! Most of the staff from Bend and Sip will be heading up to get involved, for those of us and any of you who are keen to be a part of it locally we will be hosting a Doco screening and a silent protest the same day. Collective Consciousness contributes to drastic changes!! Stay tuned for more information and spend your Saturday educating yourselves and others.
