We are now seeking a Precision Mechine Operator to join ou...r organisation where you will be responsible for the programming and running of CNC machinery, precision drilling and finishing of products to the highest standard. Key responsibilities will include: - ensuring that all daily personal production targets are met or exceeded - accurate programming of CNC Mandrel Bending Machines - making products and componentry on CNC Mandrel Bending Machines and ensuring it is done to correct drawings and standards - ensuring all parts are packed the dispatched to clients in a timely manner - conducting daily maintenance and checks on machines as required, including tidying up of machine and workspace on a daily basis - maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy of workmanship that is consistent with the company's mission - work as an effective team member in view of maintaining an efficient and enjoyable workshop atmosphere To be successful for this role you must possess the following: - a current forklift licence - previous experience in CNC machine operation - highly competent in reading of drawings - mechanical or engineering aptitude - solid grasp of the concept of production efficiencies - computer literate to a competent level of proficiency - honest, reliable and trustworthy - eye for quality and accuracy This role offers a great opportunity to grow with an organisation and utilise your machine operation skills.
