25.01.2022 How do you practice Self Care? Currently nursing a lower back injury, it’s reminding me of the importance of looking after our body, our mind and our heart. Now, looking after ourselves or practicing self care comes in all different ways and varies from one individual to an other. Listen to your body, your mind and your heart and when it’s time to stop and recharge, make sure you do so. For me, at the moment, I’m choosing gentle practices, back extensions, meditation, wal...k in Nature and rest in between. Self Care is giving the World the best of you, instead of what’s left of you. 25.01.2022 Some beautiful feedback on our online classes from two of our lovely students today; keep on practicing lovely people! Hi Virg, Rosie and I just completed the online videos together and loved it! Rosie was all over them and she was not sold on my and noises!!! We will definitely do it again this week. They are a great length too, we did them back to back but could just do the breathing one at night. Kristin & Rosie

It was an amazing day back, welcoming all our regular Mondays little and bigger yogis and the perfect time to introduce our new Bendi Yoga logo. Our timetable remains mostly the same with still a couple of spaces available for group classes and daily adult one on one classes.... 09.01.2022 This past week, weve had to navigate uncharted waters as we moved to online classes due to the current worldwide situation. Although challenging at first and feeling very unfamiliar, these classes have become a life saver for not only all our members @ New Dawn Pilates & Yoga but as instructors too. My heart is full of gratitude towards all who show up each day for these classes; I am also so grateful for being able to find a balance and a haven through these Yoga practices, not only on the mat but in all aspect of our current life. 08.01.2022 Feeling so grateful for being able to practice what I love with so many different students each week! Yoga is really for everybody and as I often quote (from Jigar Gor) during our practices: yoga is not about touching your toes. It is about what you learn on the way down.

06.01.2022 Our last Yoga class in person this morning...a very surreal feeling...BUT not the end of our journey! Lets stay connected and be there for each other as we wil...l continue to offer you all our Pilates and Yoga Mat classes online, starting this afternoon at 5.00pm. The time and booking system is not changing, you can still view and book your class through the app. Once you have download the Zoom Cloud Meeting App and book your class, you will receive a link and an ID password to log in and then voila you will be able to see us, in the studio, and practice your class from home. The beauty of it all, we wont see you!!! So feel free to practice in PJs, underwear or whatever else you wish to wear as long as you keep practicing! And soon we will be able to meet again all in our beautiful studio. Sending love and light to you all and dont forget, we are here for you so dont hesitate to reach out if needed. Stay safe everyone and most importantly, stay positif, better things will arise from these challenging times ahead.

Angela Farmer Isolation, Quarantine, time out, however you have been looking at this strange situation we found ourselves in lately, it might have given you the opportunity to reflect, to re-set and maybe finding a new way to ground yourself. Whatever this is for you, it could be the start of something new, positive and exciting: like a tree, make sure you start again ...with a strong base so you can grow and blossom along the way. **we can not wait to re-open and welcome all our students into our new shiny home studio from the 15th of June! Given the current situation of the coronavirus and following health guidelines, We have decided to suspend all our home studio classes, groups and one on one classes until further notice. I would like to reassure you that although we do not have any symptoms, as a precaution, specifically for the safety of all your children and loved ones, we deem necessary to take this next step. Rest assure, this wasnt an easy decision for us, owning and running our own business, but the safety and health to all involved in times like these are a priority.I wish you all the best and for all to stay safe and healthy. Please encourage your children to do some yoga and breath work at home as physical and mental health are so important especially in times like these. Take care, sending love and light to you all.

02.01.2022 Taking time for yourself should be a priority to make sure you can better look after others. Take that walk in nature, do some gentle stretches, meditate, read a book, whatever it is for you but make sure you recognize when its time to pause and listen to your body.
