19.01.2022 Now.. who wants to see more of these rigs in action?? The partnership between Pro Touring and the Australian Federal Police is official! Although these 79's h...ave already made their debut on other social pages, here it is formally.. These 79 Series Landcruiser's feature the Jmacx offroad solutions 4495kg chassis upgrades to ensure brute strength to handle all of their specialised search and rescue equipment, obviously all housed in a uniquely made Norweld Canopy.. we wanted to offer the very best! (as with all of our builds). ARB bar work coupled with our Pro Touring powder and a bit of Diesel Power Unlimited magic under the hood to ensure they can capably reach their destination. To finish these off we designed a specific electrical system to accommodate the needs of 24/7 search and rescue requirements. These 79's have already made numerous recoveries and we are working towards releasing more footage of them in action! Looking forward to sharing our future builds with the SES and AFP. 19.01.2022 Hey all thanks for accepting me!! And here is a video of how not to do a recovery. Lucky no one was injured.... This was at lithgow on the way to the glow worm tunnels.. Me and a mate stopped to help them but they wouldn't listen to our advice which was to break the suction with a high lift jack and then winch it..

14.01.2022 Iconic Bridle Track moves a step closer to reopening with land now handed over to Bathurst Regional Council. Bathurst Regional Council now has ownership of... properties around Monaghans Bluff allowing for work to commence to re-open this section of the Bridle Track. For years the Bridle Track linking Bathurst and Hill End has been closed to traffic due to rock slides, which has made the road impassable. The news came today that the land has been handed over to Bathurst Regional Council allowing for works to commence. This is good news as the NSW Government previously gave $2million to the local Council for this work to happen. The funding was made available to Bathurst Regional Council in 2018 to go towards allowing vehicles to once again complete the 60 km journey between Bathurst and Hill End. The Bridle Track is a favourite with four-wheel-drive enthusiasts, campers and anglers and is an example of how heritage tourism can benefit the region. 2LT Greater Lithgow Bathurst City Life The Village Voice PRIME7 News Central West 2bs 95.1 FM Lithgow Mercury 2MG Mudgee Mudgee Guardian Blayney Chronicle Oberon Review Central Western Daily Sam Farraway Sam Farraway MLC Lithgow City Council Mid-Western Regional Council Western Advocate

09.01.2022 A 15 year old girl has been killed North of Charters Towers. She was hit in the chest with a broken snatch strap while a ute was pulling out a bogged vehicle. O...ur thoughts are with the family. Make sure your children also receive training in recognised 4WD courses and let’s avoid this type of tragedy.

08.01.2022 I am sometimes mystified by how marketing people think, and never more so by....this. What does it say to you? To me it says "impossible tyre tread marks damagi...ng the environment, combined with a gaggle of cliches...and I don't know what POER or even HIOPER actually is." Great Wall Motors Australia, would love to hear your explanation!

03.01.2022 Amazing video has emerged of a monster croc racing a boat in the Cape. Alec Dunn was heading out to check his crab pots in Bloomfield, near Cooktown when the reptile popped up in the water beside him. www.7NEWS.com.au #7NEWS

02.01.2022 Regional Victoria is on the Third Step to COVID Normal. What does that mean? No restrictions on the reasons to leave home. But, when you do, make sur...e you wear a face covering, unless you have a lawful exception. Groups of up to 10 people can meet outdoors and you can create a social bubble with another household. Cafes, restaurants, beauty and personal care, and some outdoor entertainment venues are now reopening. Venues are providing outdoor areas with a group limit of 10 people and density restrictions. There are no restrictions on how far you can travel within regional Victoria. However, you must not travel to metropolitan Melbourne except for permitted work purposes. If you can work from home you must work from home. Make sure to keep yourself and your loved ones safe by washing your hands regularly, coughing and sneezing into your elbow, and keeping at least 1.5 metres from others. As always, if you have symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) get tested and stay home. Find out more about regional directions: https://www.dhhs.vic.gov.au/third-step-restrictions-regiona
