25.01.2022 Been busier than a one legged man at an arse kickin competition of late and have been a bit slack with the pics. Here’s a couple of speedway engines I cleaned up yesterday and today they are on their way to Queensland for rebuilds. Normally I would clean these when stripped but this process works fine when the engine builder is two states away.

11.01.2022 A few pics of a wheel I stripped and cleaned today. Had to seal off the speedo drive prior to blasting to prevent glass entering places it shouldn’t. Chrome rim came up a treat. I’ll post a finished product photo when the new spokes have arrived and I’ve re-laced the wheel.

09.01.2022 Cleaned up some parts recently for a Porsche engine rebuild. The customer was very happy with the result.

08.01.2022 Hydroblasted 5 of these Ford factory option XW, XY, XA GT wheels last week for a customer. Wheels had been stripped clean of paint and grime by dry blasting prior to arrival at my workshop. The wheels on arrival had a similar feel texture as 80 grit sandpaper. After hydroblasting, all surfaces were smooth to the touch and ready for polishing work on the machined finish surfaces. Can’t wait to see the finished products re fitted to an Aussie Icon

07.01.2022 Here’s an after and some before pics of a gearbox I cleaned up today for a customer. Would like to re-assure customers in this fragile state we are living that in the interest of both mine and their health wellbeing, this job was handled from unpacking to cleaning and re-packing using medical grade disposable gloves. At no stage were the packaging and contents handled without protection. This being standard practice now untill informed otherwise. Thankyou for your continued support

This will probably mean that drop offs and pick ups will be on Sundays only and there may now be a weeks delay on completed jobs. Currently available 7 days a week so if you want anything done without delay hit me up on 0475848215. Freight arrangements with existing customers will continue to apply. 01.01.2022 I quite often see posts on pages with mixed views on whether to hydroblast or not. I have included quite a few photo’s (before and after) of a CR125 frame I hydroblasted today. The pics speak for themselves. Cost of this will vary on how clean the frame is to start with and the hourly rate of your hydroblaster as well as size and frame intricacies. This frame took 90 minutes to clean for a cost of about $115. Will your hydroblasted frame on your resto look better than your mates who didn’t do this? Simple answer - YES . Please feel free to share this with any of your friends who might be into bikes or cars.
