21.01.2022 Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Training returns this coming Tuesday. (Age 7yrs and Upwards) Tuesday 5pm to 5:45pm (Kids Jiu Jitsu Program) Thursday 5pm to 5:45pm (Kids Jiu Jitsu Program) Saturday 11:30am to 12:15pm (Kids Striking Program) HYGIENE: ... It goes without saying that if any students, or a close contact of the students feel unwell, do not enter the training facility and seek medical advice. Hygiene procedures and Stewie’s House of BJJ COVID Plan must be followed at all times. Upon entry all kids must sanitise their hands and then fill out the training register for each and every class. This includes Temp! Instructors will be there to assist the kids with this process. UNIFORM: All kids to be changed into their training uniform before entering the facility. Uniforms must be cleaned appropriately before every class, this includes training bags and etc. CLASSES: We are currently restricted to a maximum of 20 students plus nominated instructors. 20.01.2022 A moment in history when posture & connection became a focus in my Jiu Jitsu. O how things changed from that point onwards. Experiencing Rickson Gracie and Jean Jacques at the sametime whilst they shared the inner workings of Jiu Jitsu was quite a moment.

17.01.2022 Effort Ensures Results. My advice to those wanting to develop their capability as a martial artist; Turn up to class on time, listen with an open mind, be grateful towards your training partners and most importantly forever be a student.

15.01.2022 To all our members and friends, my family and I really have appreciated everyone’s support. To say I’m frustrated doesn’t quite express my feelings towards this situation, it has taken a big toll on a variety of businesses & families, the long-term financial effects are going to be troublesome for many who have been directly affected by the pandemic. We will be reopening for kids non-contact training Tuesday November 3rd. The training will be modified in guidance with DHHS re...quirements. This will give the students a chance to learn some basic striking in the short term which will complement their Jiu Jitsu later on down the track, also we will have some fun at the same time. Looking forward to seeing all our Jnr students and the parents soon. More information to come. Adults at this stage cannot return as yet, we are hoping this will not be too far away and we can all return to the mat. As soon as I can provide some sort of adult classes I will let everyone know. 11.01.2022 Stewie’s House is BACK! Or though still restricted somewhat at least the doors are reopening. Thankyou everyone once again for their ongoing patience, support and friendship. It really does mean a lot. Jnr Classes (modified) will start back this Thursday at 5pm for all active memberships. For memberships on hold and new sign ups, we are hopeful to have you all back on the mat when full training is allowed and current restrictions are eased . Adults are returning Monday Nov 2...nd for non-contact training. That means NO rolling or grappling drills! We will be doing striking for Jiu Jitsu classes which will be of great benefit to rebuild everyone’s fitness and complement your Jiu Jitsu skillsets. Classes will be limited to 10 people per class for active local memberships only, a short term modified timetable and booking app information will be posted over the next few days. We require that everyone have their own cleaned and in good condition 16oz boxing gloves & raps to attend class. I suggest to shop local at Bicknells Sports in Bendigo CBD. For adult memberships on hold and new sign ups, we are hopeful to have you all back on the mat when current restrictions are eased in the very near future.
