25.01.2022 We are back!! Monday 21st Outdoor Bootcamps will resume. Maximum of 10 participants, so it is super important to book via the gym portal. (if you can send Sheldon a message you can book via the gym schedule)... Its a perfect time of the year to train outside, we are setting up an outdoor area with bags and cover so we can do all the things we love to do. You can enter via the front door (wearing masks) going through the boxing arena out to the back roller door. For cleaning and covid safety if you have a large towel or yoga style mat for any floor exercises you and you only can use this will help eliminate any unwanted transmissions. 09.01.2022 We are hiring!! This is not your average gym position. We are on the hunt for someone to take on the role of heading up the Youth club. You will be a multitas...ker, the position is as follows but not limited to. Daily running of our Bluelight Cafe Social media and marketing of the Youth club. Inquiries, memberships and admin. Reports and community liaising. To be successful you need to be a self starter, have computer knowledge, coffee skills is an advantage but everything can be learnt on the job. You will be the first person that everyone see’s and talks to, so presentation and communication skills are important. 20 hours per week to start. Commencing end of January. Not all glo...ves are the same and there is a lot of variance in size weight and what you want them for. Doesn’t matter what gym you are at come and get fitted correctly and avoid being injured from buying a poor quality glove. See more
