24.01.2022 Hi all , hope you are all keeping free of the colds & flu this season . We have just started a new aerobics section of the class on Tuesday so hopefully you will pick it up soon . If you are away , have a great time & if you are unable to work out will be great to see you for coffee . Xx

16.01.2022 Hi all my beautiful ladies , As you may expect we will have to stop the classes now for as long as it takes . As our families are working in so many jobs that could encounter the virus & with grandchildren & in some cases our parents we need to be so careful. We will all miss the company & the workouts but I will be at the VRI on Tuesday & Friday mornings 9.30 to 10am just this week to hand out a worksheet you could follow at home . I think you could follow it easy enough as it’s work we have been doing in the classes . Please keep safe & healthy & ring me if you need any advice on the workouts . Sending my love to you all & your family’s.

15.01.2022 Up to now we are still open for classes & we will listen to advice from the government. If class numbers drop to less than 5 or the Hall closes we may have to put classes on hold . Grandma’s may have to look after grandchildren so may not be able to come anyway if school’s close . Please do what you have to do . If you are attending please use the hand wash & sanitiser before & after the class . Equipment will only be elastic s that you will be given to use at each class or to use at home if you have too . Stay safe & I’m sending love to you all .

14.01.2022 Hi all , I’ve just had a message to say the Masonic Hall will not open until towards the end of the year . With this second wave I’m sure we can understand this . 12.01.2022 Hi all hope you are all doing ok & I’m sending my love to you all . I’m at the moment awaiting to hear from the committee on when the Hall can be open . As we are indoors ,some halls are prepared to wait a bit longer to reopen . I am looking at a larger hall too for more room & better facilities . Hopefully I can give you more information very soon .

12.01.2022 Hi all , hope you are all well. The news today is better about seeing our families so hopefully in the next month we could get news that we can start the classes , fingers crossed . I ll be in touch as soon as I’m able too .keep safe & walk or work out if you can . We have all baked & cooked more so we may all be out of condition & have extra kgs but with a bit of work we ll be back on track soon . Love to you all .
