13.01.2022 If you are currently eating 250 grams of carbs a day and you drop it down to 50 grams a day and keep everything else the same of course you will lose weight. THAT IS BECAUSE YOU ARE NOW EATING 800 CALORIES LESS A DAY. Sorry to tell you but you don’t have to go on a no carb or no sugar diet. ( I should say happy to tell you )... Dropping carbs can work because like all macronutrients they have calories. However it can also make you feel like crap and send your health spiraling down. Then because you feel like crap you end up spending $200 plus on supplements a month!! You can have your no sugar, no carbs, keto diets. I now focus on this I listened to all the wrong people and ended up with a weak and stuff up body full of intolerances, and skin problems I wasn't listening to my body ... You don't have to run on empty It is crazy when I look at diets from popular programs as all they do is put you on a starvation diet. They are making you eat rabbit food They are causing you stress that is why your body fights so hard against them You need to listen too your body If you have a list of symptoms like this.. You have cold hands and feet You start to lose your hair You start to become intolerant to a lot of foods even if you have never had a problem before. You become endemic ( retain fluid) You find it hard to sleep ( waking up at 4am each morning is common) You have a decrease in sex drive You are gaining weight even though you are training hard You start getting allergies You gain weight even though you are working out more and eating less You increase estrogen You get menstrual problems You have fertility problems. You become constipated You suppress your immune system You urinate frequently You need to stop. There is a reason you crave sugar. Most of the time it is because you are starving yourself You can actually starve yourself on a full stomach Because you are not giving it what it needs. You need to love your body.. When you starve your body it will do anything it can too hold onto fat The good news it you can start to reverse all the dieting damage You just have to starting nourish your body. However you have to start slow otherwise it can be to overwhelming.. Once you start working with your body you will start to feel the energy come back into your body..
