24.01.2022 for something positive on your feeds tonight, chef has brought back this delicious, vegetarian friendly dish: leek + zucchini braise, mixed milk feta, poached eggs, olive oil toast. on the blackboard all weekend from tomorrow, or until it sells out again... (which it will!)... featured with a grapefruit mimosa for extra fun. #cafewithadifference

24.01.2022 well, the wait has been a long one but we are finally there. on wednesday 11th, 10am we will re-open the doors to our loyal fans, and anyone else in the neighbourhood! we thank you all for your patience, but after last time we had to make sure that this was the last time we had to ‘re-open’ the gc in all of this madness.. ... covid has been harsh, (it still is harsh..), but we’re thankful to be able to have made it through this far. some things will be different, but we’re all getting used to that.. mask etiquette, limited guest capacity and menu offering, stricter booking requirements etc... what you can rely on from us is confidently tasty food + booze from some familiar faces who are so very grateful for your support. look forward to making more memories... 1.5m apart. linc, dan, ben + the crew @ gc
