24.01.2022 Based on this experience, we are a long way from being able to go back to restaurants & cafés. Signs on the door saying there’s a limit aren’t enforced by anyone, meaning personal safety is compromised, or the experience is ended. We will continue to go with the idea of waiting for Victoria to be 28 days clear of Covid19 before we restart meetings.

17.01.2022 Dan Andrews has said restrictions will ease on June 1 and June 22. Given some of our regular attendees have compromised immunity, we will wait until Victoria is 28 days clear of new Covid19 cases before we run meets again. Should be ok by spring, hopefully.

14.01.2022 Just a quick update: As we have #vulnerable members who attend our meetings, we will be waiting for #Victoria (and ideally #Australia) to be 4-6 weeks clear of #Covid19 before we meet again. The way things are going, this may not be until #2021.
