There are 2 awesome intern subjects (one Law and one criminology) that you may want to check out. LAW2RRJ is a second year law elective for Bendigo students and runs every semester 2. LCR3INT is the criminology internship and we will place you in a regional area as close to home as possible. ... In addition there are also LAW4INT or LAW4INB available as third or fourth year electives for law students. Go to the LAWCLE LMS and read over the information. This listening post is a great opportunity for law staff and students to engage in an open discussion regarding course and subject feedback in particular the transition to online learning. 03.01.2022 Hello all Law and Criminology student! This year has been a very successful year for the Bendigo Law and Criminology Society! We continued to support the legal professionals of tomorrow by hosting the Annual Cocktail Evening where we saw a great turn out from the Bendigo legal community (as we always do), as well as the Gala Ball where we returned to a sit down format. All this would not have been possible without all the time and effort put in by the 2019 board! Thank you ...all, you have been a great team to work with. I would like to extend a massive special thank you to Will Griffin for all his hard work over his duration on the board and for making the society the successful, professional and well respected entity it now is. Thank you also to Nat who has served many years on the board and has been a great asset to the society. You will both be missed. It is with pleasure that I announce that the 2020 BLCS board is as follows Brody McDowell - President Alex O'Shea- Vice President Tess Rutledge - Secretary Bronte O'Keefe - Treasurer Lucy Witham - Marketing I look forward to working with you all and ensuring that 2020 is a prosperous year for the society and its members. We will be holding a by-election in week 2 of semester 1 next year for the Criminology position and the Events Position.
