24.01.2022 Hope your New Year has begun well. A reminder Little Aths regular competition resumes on Saturday 6th FEBRUARY. The late resumption is due to the State Multi Event being held in Bendigo on 30th and 31st January. Looking forward to seeing you all back for a day 2 program beginning at 8.30am. Please note any children who have turned 5 since last year are welcome to register for the remainder of the season at a reduced fee of $70.00

23.01.2022 Hi Parents Competition resumes tomorrow with Day 2 competition beginning with a warm up at 8.15am. The first event will kick off at 8.30am. Annual LAVic Relaython The annual LAVic Relaython will also be incorporated in our program this week. This event has historically been a fundraising event in partnership between Little Athletics Victoria (LAVic) and the Royal Children's Hospital with the proceeds from activities including this event being presented as part of the annual G...ood Friday Appeal cheque. 22.01.2022 Little Aths Regular Competition for the 2015-16 season resumes this coming Saturday 6th February with a warm up at 8.15am. First events to commence 8.30am. If you have a little one who has now turned 5 (or you would like a child to commence for the second half) you may register on-line at www.lavic.com.au. The part season fee is just $70.00.

19.01.2022 Due to the forecast hot weather there will be no relay training tomorrow night. See you all Friday night for Day 1 competition.

18.01.2022 Little Aths will run this Saturday the 19th of Dec as scheduled. Where possible we will try to adjust the order of events to minimise exposure to the heat. If the temperature reaches 38 degrees we will cancel the meeting but we are hopeful all events will be completed well before the temperature gets to this point.

16.01.2022 Hi, a reminder to all our little athletes we are fund-raising for our ex-president Tracy Wilson in Rosiland Park - The Walk for Willo On Friday March 18th 5pm 8pm. We would love any of our little athletes attending to wear their Little Aths uniform. Entry is $50.00 a family. $20.00 per adult.

15.01.2022 LITTLE ATHLETICS 2016 STATE MULTI EVENT BENDIGO REMINDER Timetable and Duty Roster 2016 State Multi Event will be held this Saturday and Sunday at the Bendigo Athletics Centre. Please find below links to the events timetables. There will be no regular competition this weekend for Bendigo Little Athletic Centre. Athletes and family not registered for the State Multi Event are very welcome to come and view the competition over the weekend.... To assist in the running of these events all centres are required to preform allocated duties. These duties have been asigned to competitors families refer attached duty roster. Please report to Team Manager Phil Noden before your duty at the Bendio Little Athletics tent. 11.01.2022 Final activity to finish of the season is the end of year presentation this Tuesday night from 7pm until 9pm at James King Hall, Bendigo Senior Secondary College. Presentation of awards for attendance, most improved (pbs) and Five Star Achievements. Every athlete in every age group attending is invited on stage and will receive a medallion.

10.01.2022 To The Little Athletics Community, As you may be aware, our former President Tracy Wilson has been fighting cancer since December 2014. Many of us have followed Tracy’s journey through his updates on facebook and the many networks he has created around the Bendigo community. Tracy is very appreciative of all the support he has received over the past 15 months. Tracy now requires further financial assistance to fund the treatment he desperately needs in the next 4 weeks. Five ...community groups have come together in support of Tracy and his family to organise a fundraiser event to show the public support for Tracy and his family. The five groups; Strathfieldsaye Football Netball Club, Marong Football Netball Club, Bendigo Little Athletics, Bendigo Bank and Fit Republic have come together as one to organise this event. As a collective we are appealing to all businesses and individuals who could donate a good or service in order to raise the funds Tracy is seeking. We plan to use some of these goods for raffle prizes on the night but remaining items will be part of an online goods and service auction to raise money. More details will follow in the week of March 14th in regards to this auction. Tracy has always been the ultimate community member and forged this community spirit through his many years of work with community banks all around Australia as well as establishing many community links in the Bendigo area. It is the community of Bendigo we are asking to now dig deep and support his effort to fund this further treatment. "Willo" was an amazing contributor to our cent...re and his energy and enthusiasm for little aths, and life in general will be sorely missed. 05.01.2022 Just a quick reminder that the AGM of Bendigo Little Athletics is on Tuesday 19th at 7pm at the track in Retreat Rd Flora Hill We urge people to come along and join our committee for the coming season, we do need new members to join us. We run monthly meetings on the 3rd Tuesday of the month right through the year, so the commitment of time is not too great.... Would love to see you there.
