20.01.2022 One of our customers needed some ram and a 2.5" SSD for his Metabox gaming laptop. He wasn't confident to pull the back cover off and do it himself so we invited him to sit with us and see exactly how its done. Customer involvement is a fun part of our job and we love involving our customers in the work we do.

15.01.2022 At Bendigo PC Clinic we primarily operate onsite or from home. For the past two years the majority of work has been done from one of Mervyns spare rooms where he had accumulated a huge collection of spare parts. So we are super excited about our new workshop that we are currently outfitting in a spare room at Summers home. This will help us grow even further until one day we can move into something even bigger.

03.01.2022 Story time: One of our clients has a paint booth which is fully enclosed and pressurised. This means as soon as you walk in you'll loose any possible Wi-Fi signal. We currently have a network of Ubiquity APs scattered around their premise however we decided to run a 40 meter cable over to their paint booth and install an AP directly inside. Now they get 100% signal strength and staff members can finally use the internet without switching to their mobile data which is important to their work as they take a lot of photos of jobs to post to their cloud software. We also did some cable management off hand to make things a much cleaner. #jobstatisfcation
