23.01.2022 The last sunset of 2020. I remember sitting down at Waratah Weddings - Bendigo Wedding & Function Venue having dinner outside by the fountain and saying to vid...eographer John Kurt that sunset would be good. We’ve shot a lot of sunsets and I was watching some storm clouds roll in from the Northeast and the clouds forming towards sunset gave me hope it would turn it on. When we jumped in the car with Jenna and Michael I joked that it would be the best sunset for the rest of the year.. 12.01.2022 What a wedding! From the moment I met Alyssa & Kurt I knew their wedding was going to be something special. Even though it was one of those Saturdays in October... (as ALL Saturdays seem to be like that lately) when the weather turned awful with strong winds and showers Alyssa had her heart set on getting married outside. I thought it was a brave choice but she made the right decision as even though it was windy and cold, we had not a raindrop for the ceremony and the photos turned out beautiful. The ceremony was extra special as they included their baby (their french bulldog) too, who behaved just perfect. I said it before and say it again, I loooove capturing weddings from start to finish specially when the party is as good as this turned out. 05.01.2022 What a way to finish 2019!! Jordyn and Dillon invited all of their closest friends and family for one heck of a party on New Years Eve at Waratah Weddings in H...untly. NYE was a special date as 7 years earlier Dillon had asked Jordyn if she would be his girlfriend. So it seemed right to have their wedding on the same date all this time later. We were blessed with perfect weather all day and well into the night with Jordyn and Dillon heading out through the sparklers as everyone counted down the clock to the end of the decade.
