25.01.2022 Come to yoga tomorrow Tuesday 27 Nov 6.30pm till 7.30 at Yoga Body works then an optional iRest guided meditation at the end of the class if you would like to stay or justcomr for the iRest, for about 30 minutes (let go your anxiety and stress in this deep mindfull practice where we welcome all that arrises). This practice can be taken lying down or seated. Longer term use of this evidence based practice, developed by Dr Richard Miller and used extensively with US military, helps with sleeping, anxiety PTSD and many other issues. This yoga class and the iRest is free to any current or previous frontline worker, veterans military medal firefighters etc, and by donation to others

13.01.2022 The Frontline Yoga Tuesday 6:30pm a one hour trauma aware yoga class (adaptive, therapy based), followed by an optional iRest guided meditation. (you can even just join the iRest). Free to current and retired frontline personnel (military, medical, police, ambos firefighters etc), by donation to others. The Frontline class is taking a short break over Christmas. Last class 11 December first class back Tuesday 15 January.
